Miguel Cedeno, 22, Livermore Falls, criminal attempt, Feb. 24, 2012, in Farmington; three-year department of corrections.

Jesse Coffin, 23, Kingfield, aggravated criminal mischief, Aug. 13, 2010, in Farmington; three-year prison term, all but nine months suspended, two-year probation, $700 restitution.

Donna Jean Dube, 47, Temple, operating under the influence (OUI) -- no test, three-plus priors, Sept. 18, 2011, in Farmington; $2,500 fine.

Scott Kidder, 32, Chesterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Sept. 22, 2011, in Chesterville; three-year prison term, two-year probation.

Fred E. Lowell Jr., 22, New Sharon, burglary, Nov. 15, 2012, in New Sharon; dismissed. Theft by receiving stolen property, Nov. 15, 2012, in Farmington; dismissed.

Robert Mason, 76, Farmington, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, Feb. 22, 2012, in Farmington; dismissed. Eluding an officer, Feb. 22, 2012, in Farmington; dismissed.

Jeffrey H. Offord, 49, Jay, threatening display of weapon, Sept. 8, 2010, in Jay; dismissed.

Francis G. Smith III, 51, Norridgewock, terrorizing, March 14, 2012, in Jay; five-year prison term, all suspended, two-year probation, $1,250 restitution.
