Danforth was arrested at one of the apartments about 1 p.m. and Lowell was arrested at his workplace about 2 p.m., Bowering said.
The men were both take to the Franklin County Detention Center. Danforth's bail was set at $500 cash. Lowell's bail was set at $2,000, unsecured.
The furniture, some of it damaged, has been returned to Bouffard's.
