Randy E. Adams, 21, Glenburn, violating condition of release, Nov. 25, 2010 in Hudson; 60-day jail sentence; also, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, Nov. 24, 2010 in Hudson; 60-day jail sentence; also, minor possessing liquor, Nov. 24, 2010 in Hudson; $200 fine.

James R. Anderson, 19, Corinth, attaching false plates, Sept. 28, 2010 in Corinth; $150 fine.

Steven D. Baird, 50, Charleston, reckless conduct, Nov. 20, 2010 in Garland; 48-hour jail sentence; also, driving to endanger, Nov. 10, 2010 in Garland; dismissed.

Brandon Belanger, 25, Garland, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, Dec. 14, 2010 in Dixmont; $300 fine; also, possession of marijuana up to 1.25 oz., Dec. 14, 2010 in Dixmont; $350 fine.

Jeffrey L. Bertoncini, 28, Bangor, motor vehicle speeding 30 or more MPH over speed limit, Jan. 8, 2011 in Etna; $400 fine.

Brenden J. Boeglin, 29, Exeter, operating while license suspended or revoked-oui, Dec. 31, 2010 in Exeter; seven-day jail sentence, one-year license suspension, and $600 fine; also, operating atv on highway, Dec. 31, 2010 in Exeter; $100 fine.

James A. Brown, 20, Dexter, domestic violence assault, Jan. 9, 2011 in Dexter; 10-day jail sentence.

Rebecca Bubar, 28, Orneville Twp., violating condition of release, Jan. 14, 2011 in Levant; four-day jail sentence; also, operate vehicle without license, Jan. 14, 2011 in Levant; four-day jail sentence.

Chase Jesse Burdin, 25, Sangerville, operating while license suspended or revoked, Oct. 2, 2010 in Dexter; 48-hour jail sentence, and $500 fine.

Thomas R. Burgess, 40, Carmel, operating while license suspended or revoked, Nov. 4, 2010 in Carmel; $500 fine.

Annie M. Burrell, 38, Waterville, criminal trespass, Oct. 8, 2010 in Corinna; $250 fine.

Roy A. Carstensen Jr., 54, St. Francis, domestic violence assault, Oct. 18, 2010 in Stetson; dismissed; also, disorderly conduct, fighting, Oct. 18, 2010 in Stetson; $500 fine; also, domestic violence assault, Oct, 21, 2010 in Stetson; dismissed.

Kevin E. Clark, 42, Stetson, hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, Nov. 20, 2010 in Corinna; $200 fine.

Michael James Conklin, 41, Newburgh, operating under the influence-no test, Dec. 15, 2010 in Newburgh; dismissed; also, refusing to sign uniform summons complaint, Dec. 15, 2010 in Bangor; dismissed; also, operating under the influence, Dec. 15, 2010 in Bangor; 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension, and $500 fine.

Jared W. Crossman, 22, Newport, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, Feb. 12, 2011 in Newport; dismissed; also, violating condition of release, Feb. 12, 2011 in Newport; dismissed.

Kimberly Deraps, 25, Plymouth, domestic violence assault, Nov. 12, 2010 in Stetson; $300 fine.

David Fernald, 29, Bangor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Jan. 15, 2008 in Dexter; 48-hour jail sentence.

Lisa J. Fickett, 45, Bangor, operating after registration suspended, Dec. 15, 2010 in Etna; $150 fine.

Gavin W. Finnerty, 43, Dexter, violating condition of release, Jan. 8, 2011 in Dexter; 48-hour jail sentence, and $1,000 fine.

John O. Gatcomb, 53, Garland, motor vehicle speeding 30 or more mph over speed limit, Sept. 30, 2010 in Corinna; $600 fine.

Gordon L. Gustin, 52, Dexter, operate snowmobile to endanger, Jan. 15, 2011 in Dexter; $200 fine.

Christopher R. Hathaway, 28, Sangerville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Dec. 30, 2010 in Dexter; $250 fine, and $23 in restitution.

Warren D. Haven III, 53, Dexter, burning prohibited material, Nov. 3, 2010 in Corinna; dismissed.

Brent J. Hicks, 32, Newport, operating unregistered snowmobile, Nov. 16, 2010 in Newport; $150 fine.

Jacob A. Hurd, 23, Charleston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Nov. 30, 2010 in Hudson; $250 fine; also, violating condition of release, Nov. 30, 2010 in Hudson; $250 fine.
