Summons

IN OAKLAND, Wednesday at 9:51 a.m., Chad A. Andrews, 31, of 41 Sawtelle Road, Oakland, was summoned on a charge of unlawful possession of schedule W drug.

IN MADISON, Wednesday at 12:39 p.m., Joanna Krystyna Jacob, 36, of Waterboro, was summoned on a criminal trespass charge.

Arrests

IN FARMINGTON, Monday, Darcy C. Ellis Jr., 42, of New Sharon, was arrested on a failure to appear charge for a cruelty to animals charge

Wednesday, Richard L. Dame Jr., 43, of Farmington, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and domestic criminal mischief.

IN OAKLAND, Wednesday at 3:18 p.m., Scott Allen Gilbert, 49, of 11 Carey Lane, Waterville, was arrested on a violation of a protection order charge.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Wednesday at 4:26 p.m., Eleanor Jeanne Brugger, 26, of Freedom, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.

Thursday at 3:04 a.m., Tamara Anne Shaw, 29, of Skowhegan, was arrested on two charges of unpaid fines.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 5:13 p.m., Gladys Anne Folwer, 30, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of negotiating a worthless instrument.

5:35 p.m., Brent Eugene Taylor, 36, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of unpaid fines and fees and failure to appear.

Thursday at 9:10 a.m., James Leroy Mayo, 41, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a probation hold.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 1:30 a.m., Albe Lagasse, 44, of 40 Everett St., Bangor, was arrested on a warrant, on Water Street.

IN WILTON, Monday, Jessica Bizier, 43, of Wilton, was arrested on charges of domestic criminal threatening and domestic terrorizing.

Wednesday, Shannon L. Dupree, 34, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of unpaid fines or fees.

IN WINSLOW, Thursday at 1:03 a.m., Jeremy Richard Brown, 27, of 4 Prospect St., Waterville, was arrested on two warrants, on Bay Street.
