Arrests

IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 5:21 p.m., Grover Cleveland Gallion III, 46, of 36 Cushman Road, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence of liquor and carrying a loaded firearm in his vehicle, after a three-vehicle crash on Bay Street.

Summonses

IN FAIRFIELD, Tuesday, at 7:04 p.m., Matthew A. Fine, 41, of River Road, Norridgewock, was issued a summons on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, on Norridgewock Road.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 1:57 p.m., Michelle Robin MacArthur, 21, of 133 Main St., Fairfield, was summoned on a theft charge, at Walmart on Waterville Commons Drive.
