Arrests

IN OAKLAND, Monday, at 3:46 p.m., Chad Emery, 34, of Water Street, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, on Water Street.

IN WATERVILLE, Friday at 11:30 a.m., Daniel Cram, 29, of 150 College Ave., Apartment 25, was arrested on charges of theft and drug possession, on Armory Road.

Monday, at 6:10 p.m., Rachel Lynn Rogers, 31, of Halde Street was arrested on charges of two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, violating conditions of release and a probation hold, on Sanger Avenue.

Summonses

IN BELGRADE, Monday at 12:45 p.m., a 17-year-old juvenile was summoned on a charge of criminal mischief on Oakland Road.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 12:03 a.m., Sabrina L. Wilkins, 19, of 225 Harrison Ave., Gardiner, was summoned on a charge of consuming liquor as a minor, at Thomas College on West River Road.
