No one injured in Farmington trucks collision
FARMINGTON -- No injuries were reported when a logging truck slid into a tractor-trailer Tuesday morning on U.S. Route 2, according to Officer Bill Tanner.
The logging truck, driven by Michael Mealey, 45, of Jefferson, N.H., hit the tractor-trailer, driven by Matthew Kohler, 35, of Lewiston, after Kohler slowed to turn right into VIP Parts, Tires and Services, Tanner said.
He said no citations were issued.
The Fire Department also responded to the accident. The two trailers were wedged together, but were removed from each other by a towing service, Tanner said.
