IN FAIRFIELD, Wednesday, at 7:34 a.m., reported theft was investigated on Skowhegan Road.

8:31 a.m., reported fraud was investigated on Winter Street.

4:49 p.m., a domestic disturbance was reported on North Street.

6:52 p.m., a civil complaint was investigated on Norridgewock Road.

Thursday, at 11:51 a.m., reported assault was investigated at Circle K on Western Avenue.

IN FARMINGTON, Wednesday at 7:22 p.m., fraud was reported at Walmart on Wilton Road.

Friday at 8:10 a.m., a motor vehicle accident with injuries was reported on Farmington Falls Road.

IN MADISON, Thursday at 9:03 a.m., theft was reported on Old Point Avenue.

2:25 p.m., a theft was reported on Summer Street.

5:34 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Walmart, at Waterville Commons.

7:46 p.m., criminal mischief was reported on Summer Street.

8:17 p.m., juvenile offenses were reported on Grove Street.

9:28 p.m., threatening was reported on Oak Street.

10:42 p.m., an assault was reported at The Starting Line on College Avenue.

IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 3:22 p.m., a weapon permit was issued to a resident of Clinton Avenue.

3:30 p.m., criminal trespassing was investigated on South Reynolds Road.

Thursday, 10:41 a.m., a weapon permit was issued to a resident of South Pond Road.

5:45 p.m., a verbal warning was issued after a report of threatening on Halifax Street.

7:21 p.m., an assault was reported on Anthony Avenue.

IN SKOWHEGAN, Friday at 11:25 a.m., a report of an abandoned motor vehicle was investigated on Notch Road.

Summonses

IN CLINTON, Wednesday at 2:52 p.m., Norton Alton Thompson, 27, of 1476 Bangor Road, was summoned on a charge of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash on Bangor Road.

8:35 p.m., Jennifer Theresa Mann, 37, of 131 Horseback Road, was summoned on a charge of failure to register a vehicle, on Main Street.

Thursday, at 6:57 p.m., Robert Lee Anderson, 60, of Holt Road, Clinton, was summoned on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, on Main Street.

IN FAIRFIELD, Thursday, at 1:01 a.m., Sahrajane Ann Brown, 28, of Maple Street, was issued a summons on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, on Western Avenue.

IN OAKLAND, Thursday, at 9:22, Steven H. Quimby, 37, of Church Street, was issued a summons on a charge of permit unlawful use, on Webb Road.

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday, at 3:37 p.m., Ana Santiago Mendez, 57, of Clinton Avenue, Winslow, was summoned on a charge of failing to yield right of way and operating vehicle without license, in the Concourse.

Arrests

IN FAIRFIELD, Wednesday, at 10:18 p.m., Randy Lee Sargent, 32, of Norridgewock Road, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence -- one prior, and operating while license is suspended or revoked, on Western Avenue.
