IN BENTON, Wednesday at 6:06 p.m., a house fire was extinguished on Unity Road.

IN BINGHAM, Thursday at 3:51 a.m., a report of suspicious activity was investigated on Murray Street.

IN HARTLAND, Wednesday at 5:51 p.m., domestic disturbance was reported on Elm Street.

IN MADISON, Thursday at 11:09 a.m., an animal complaint was reported on Kincaid Road.

12:58 p.m., larceny was reported on Lake View Drive.

2:47 p.m., an animal complaint was reported on Lowe Street.

IN NORRIDGEWOCK, Wednesday at 4:16 p.m., a report of threatening was investigated on Currier Drive.

Arrest

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 1:20 a.m., Ashley Levi, 22, of 283 Main St., Orono, arrested on charges of operating after suspension, operating under the influence and violation of conditions of release.

Summonses

IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 7 p.m., Matthew R. Moran, 32, of 167 Gagne Road, Fairfield, was summoned on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license, on Clinton Avenue.

IN CLINTON, Wednesday at 1:32 p.m., Ismael Dejesus, 68, 18 Summer St., Waterville, was summoned on a charge of operating with a suspended or revoked license, on Bangor Road.

2:29 p.m., Joseph Allen McIntire, 41, of 18 Poulin St., Winslow, was summoned on a charge of failing to register a vehicle, on Main Street.

5:14 p.m., Toni Lynn MacDougal, 58, 462 Bangor Road, Benton, was summoned on a charge of failing to obtain a driver's license, on Railroad Street.
