SKOWHEGAN --The following cases in Skowhegan District Court were closed Jan. 1, 2011 to Jan. 31, 2011. All charges are for 2010 unless otherwise noted.

Dylan M. Adams, 20, Skowhegan, possession of marijuana, up to 11/4 ounce, Dec. 17, in Skowhegan; $350 fine.

Eric D. Austin, 18, Winslow, criminal trespass, Oct. 14 in Fairfield; 24-hour jail sentence; also, assault, Oct. 14 in Fairfield, $300 fine.

Douglas L. Baker, 25, Bingham, domestic violence assault, Jan. 26, 2011 in Bingham; 180-day jail sentence, all but 48 hours suspended, two-year probation; also, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force, Jan. 26, 2011 in Bingham; 48-hour jail sentence.

Erik S. Bickmore, 19, Palmyra, terrorizing, Oct. 11 in Harmony, 364-day jail sentence, all suspended.

Black Dog Trucking LLC, East Freedom, Penn., rule violation unsafe/defective vehicle, May 12 in Pittsfield; $500 fine.

Roland L. Bois, 73, Stratton, hunt from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, Nov. 18 in Bigelow Township; $200 fine.

Donald M. Brann, 48, Fairfield, allowing dog to be at large, Nov. 1 in Fairfield; $100 fine.

Jason Brooks, 22, Skowhegan, theft of lost, mislaid, or misdelivered property, Oct. 5 in Skowhegan; $150 fine.

Lynda M. Bundock, 45, Fairfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Nov. 14 in Fairfield; $500 fine.

Michael L. Butler, 41, Benton, hunt from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, Nov. 30, Canaan; $200 fine.

Matthew D. Calhoun, 20, Dexter, criminal mischief, Nov. 6 in Detroit; $100 fine; also, operating a vehicle without a license, Jan. 1, 2011 in Canaan, $150 fine.

Dennis L. Caron, 53, Madison, burning prohibited material, Nov. 24 in Mercer; $100 fine.

Brian E. Chadbourne, 52, Harmony, hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, Oct.19 in Harmony; $200 fine.

James Champagne Jr., 54, Skowhegan, unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, Jan. 6, 2011 in Fairfield; $400 fine, 60-day jail sentence; also, sale and use of drug paraphernalia charge dismissed, Jan. 6, 2011 in Fairfield,

Leslie F. Cimpher, 69, Farmingdale, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Dec. 2 in Fairfield; $100 fine.

Adam Benjaman Clarke, 28, Canaan, violating protective order, Jan. 19, 2011 in Skowhegan; 30-day jail sentence.

Jeromy R. Cole Jr., 34, North Anson, three charges of harvest operator failure to pay within 45 days-prior, Nov. 13 and 19 in Bingham, all offenses committed, no fine.

Jesse Ryan Cole, 29, North Anson, violating protective order, Dec. 11 in North Anson; 24-hour jail sentence.

Ernest J. Crawford, 34, Franklin, Mass., operating under the influence-1 prior, Nov. 12, Embden; $750 fine, 90-day license suspension; also, refusing to sign criminal summons charge dismissed, Nov. 12 in Embden.

Patrick A. Currie, 31, Canaan, operating under the influence, Nov. 20 in Fairfield; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension; also, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, Nov. 20 in Fairfield; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.

Christopher Cyr, 21, Ellsworth, violating condition of release, Jan. 11, 2011 in Madison; 24-hour jail sentence.

Sasha A. Donahue, 25, Clinton, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, Oct. 31 in Fairfield; $300 fine.

Charles J. Donnelly, 21, Anson, operating an all-terrain vehicle on a public way, Nov. 10 in Anson; $250 fine.

Greg Donovan, 49, Starks, disposal of slash along land bordering another, July 19 in Starks; $50 fine.

Kelly A. Downes, 44, Madison, unlawful possession of scheduled drug charge dismissed, Nov. 3 in Skowhegan; also, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, Nov. 3 in Skowhegan, $600 fine.

Steven O. Dumont, 29, Detroit, burglary, Oct. 28, 2002 in Fairfield; 18-month sentence with the Department of Corrections, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Daniel J. Dustin, 21, Farmington, attaching false plates, Nov. 23, 2010 in Anson; $150 fine.
