Steven Ames, 50, Fairfield, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit, Dec. 9, 2012, in Skowhegan; 90-day jail sentence. Eluding an officer, Dec. 9, 2012, in Skowhegan; one-year department of corrections. Failing to stop for officer, Dec. 9, 2012, in Skowhegan; dismissed. Operating after habitual offender revocation two prior, Dec. 9, 2012, in Skowhegan; $1,000 fine, four-year department of corrections all but one-year suspended, two-year probation.

Lawrence M. Bagley, 25, Skowhegan, violating condition of release, Sept. 20, 2012, in Skowhegan; 30-day jail sentence. Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, Sept. 20, 2012, in Skowhegan; three-year jail sentence all but 90 days suspended, two-year probation, $92.67 restitution.

Amber G. Beane, 23, Moscow, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Sept. 3, 2012, in Skowhegan; 180-day jail sentence all suspended, one-year probation $458.64 restitution.

Russell Booker, 46, North Anson, reckless conduct, Nov. 28, 2006, in North Anson; 111-day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Joshua M. Corson, 26, Norridgewock, cultivating marijuana, Sept. 18, 2012, in Norridgewock; $400 fine, 180-day jail sentence all but two days suspended, one-year admin. release sentence. Unlawful possession of scheduled drug, Sept. 18, 2012, in Norridgewock; dismissed.
