Ronald L. Temple Jr., 51, Detroit, fraudulently obtaining license or permit, Nov. 3, 2012, in Detroit; dismissed. Illegal possession of firearm, Nov. 3, 2012, in Detroit; $1,000 fine.

Joseph A. Thibodeau, 24, Waterville, assault, July 22, 2012, in Anson; $300 fine, 364-day jail sentence all but two days suspended, one-year admin. release sentence. Aggravated criminal trespass, July 22, 2012, in Anson; dismissed. Criminal trespass, July 22, 2012, in Anson; two-day jail sentence. Assault, July 22, 2012, in Anson; dismissed.

James Waldeck, 40, Plymouth, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Nov. 10, 2007, in St. Albans; 60-day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Robert E. Wheelock Jr., 39, Sidney, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, Sept. 16, 2012, in Misery Township; dismissed. Cultivating marijuana, Sept. 16, 2012, in Misery Township; no action listed.

Brian Witham, 43, Winslow, operating under the influence, May 1, 1994, in Canaan; dismissed.

Charles L. Woodard, 43, Detroit, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, Oct. 17, 2012, in Pittsfield; bails and pleadings.

Elijah Yeaton, 20, Skowhegan, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, Jan. 1, 2012, in Skowhegan; dismissed.
