Allen J. Asselin, 20, of Starks, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and probation violation Dec. 21 in Skowhegan; $400 fine, 120-day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Thomas A. Broughton, 46, of Salem, Mass., operating under the influence, no test, May 17 in Caratunk; not guilty.

Donald L. Bush, 48, of Norridgewock, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs June 3 in Norridgewock; $400 fine, three-year jail sentence, all but 60 days suspended, two years probation, $200 restitution.

Jason R. Bushey, 39, of Skowhegan, probation violation in Skowhegan; 24-month jail sentence, probation partially revoked.

Gina M. Clark, 38, of Canaan, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs May 7 in Canaan; $400 fine, nine-month jail sentence, $60 restitution.

James R. Collins, 29, of Moscow, criminal attempt April 2 in Skowhegan; $400 fine, 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, one year probation.

Monique A. Conners, 28, of Oakland, OUI, one prior July 17 in Madison, $700 fine, 21-day jail sentence, three-year license suspension; operating a vehicle without a license July 17 in Madison, dismissed.

Michael A. Coppa, 20, of Canaan, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and criminal conspiracy, both May 12 in Canaan; $800 in fines, three-year jail sentence, all but 60 days suspended, two years probation, $65 restitution.

Antwone M. Cousins, 28, of Boston, Mass., unlawful possession of scheduled drug Oct. 18, 2008 in Athens; 22-month jail sentence.

Tony C. Curtis, 31, of Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 1, 2007 in Skowhegan; four-month jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Eric D. Dillingham, 40, of Skowhegan, OUI, two priors Apr. 20 in Skowhegan; 60-day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Nikole A. Dolloff, 18, of Pittsfield, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release, both Nov. 21 in Pittsfield; dismissed.

Holly Ellis, 35, of Skowhegan, forgery Mar. 2, 2006 in Skowhegan; three-year jail sentence, all suspended, two years probation.

Kam M. Evangelista, 35, of Rumford, operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors Feb. 3 in Skowhegan; $1,000 fine, six-month jail sentence.

Greer, 52, of Norridgewock, OUI, two priors, operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, probation violation, all Nov. 11 in Skowhegan; $2,100 in fines, four-year jail sentence, all but 18 months suspended, two years probation, 18-month license suspension, probation partially revoked.
