James Arcuni, 34, Madison, violating condition of release, Jan. 19, 2011 in Waterville; 48-hour jail sentence and $10 victim fee.

Monica A. Arthur, 43, Sidney, operating while license suspended or revoked, Oct. 10, 2010 in Winslow; $250 fine.

Alfredo Asensio, 57, Paramount, Calif., rule violation, operation with false duty, June 7, 2010 in Sidney; $400 fine.

Eric R. Bachellor II, 19, Fairfield, minor consuming liquor, Dec. 4, 2010 in Waterville; $200 fine.

Alphanso R. Battick, 34, Lithonia, Ga., rule violation, operation with false duty, Nov. 23, 2010 in Sidney; $750 fine.

Shane Bean, 30, Clinton, operating unregistered snowmobile, Jan. 16, 2011 in Clinton; $200 fine.

Christina Boutot, 19, Waterville, minor possessing liquor, Dec. 3, 2010 in Waterville; $200 fine.

Amanda Camera, 26, Fairfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Feb. 27, 2010 in Waterville; $200 fine; also, theft by deception, Feb. 28, 2010 in Waterville; $200 fine; also, theft by deception, March 10, 2010 in Waterville; $200 fine.

Vanessa Cayford, 36, Waterville, disorderly conduct, Nov. 7, 2009 in Waterville; $200 fine.

Lawrence J. Church Sr., 45, Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Sept. 15, 2010 in Winslow; 180-day jail sentence all suspended, also, $501.00 restitution.

Cathy Jo Cinanni, 40, Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Sept. 30, 2010 in Waterville; 180-day jail sentence, all but seven days suspended.

Luke Cochran, 19, Skowhegan, operate while license suspended or revoked, prior, Jan. 15, 2011 in Clinton; charge dismissed; also, operating under the influence, Jan. 15, 2011 in Clinton; 48-hour jail sentence, $500 fine, and license suspended 90-days.

Patrick G. Connelly, 57, Phenix City, Ala., rule violation operating after disqualified, Oct. 25, 2010 in Sidney; $500 fine.

Andrew Cook, 27, Sidney, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, Dec. 11, 2010 in Sidney; $500 fine.

Jessica L. Cote, 34, Waterville, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, Dec. 7, 2010 in Waterville; $500 fine.

Mickey D. Damron, 48, Elkhorn City, Ky., rule violation, fail to possess previous seven-day status, Dec. 20, 2010 in Sidney; $250 fine.

Steven M. Davis, 37, Belgrade, criminal trespass, Sept. 19, 2010 in Waterville; $150 fine and $60 restitution.

James C. Derosby, 62, Waterville, operating while license suspended or revoked, April 17, 2010 in Winslow; $250 fine.

Adam P. Dyer, 24, Albion, operating under the influence, Oct. 7, 2010 in Waterville; 48-hour jail sentence, $500 fine, and license suspended 90-days.

Joshua Elliot, 30, Fairfield, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, Oct. 13, 2010 in Sidney; $500 fine.

Eric A. Farrar, 30, Fairfield, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, Dec. 2, 2010 in Winslow; 48-hour jail sentence and $500 fine.

Brandi L. Fuller, 29, Oakland, operating while license suspended or revoked, Aug. 12, 2009 in Sidney; $250 fine.

Gilbert Gagne, 44, Readfield, violating condition of release, Jan. 17, 2011 in Mount Vernon; 24-hour jail sentence.

Diane Marie Glynn, 52, Hampton, N.H., failure to appear in court on criminal summons, Sept. 22, 2009 in Waterville; charge dismissed; also, failure to appear in court on criminal summons, Jan. 5, 2010 in Waterville; charge dismissed; also, operating while license suspended or revoked, July 2, 2009 in Oakland; $250 fine; also, operating under the influence-1 prior, July 2, 2009 in Oakland; 14-day jail sentence , license suspended three-years, and $700 fine.

Diane Marie Glynn, 52, Hampton, N.H., operating while license suspended or revoked, Oct. 1, 2009 in Oakland; seven-day jail sentence , license suspended one-year, and $600 fine.
