Megan Belanger, 25, Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, March 9, 2012, in Waterville; seven-day jail sentence.

Brandon B. Bellows, 26, Sidney, possession of revoked, mutilated, fictitious or fraud license/ID card, Dec. 30, 2012, in Winslow; dismissed. Violating condition of release, Dec. 30, 2012, in Winslow; $300 fine.

Donald Justin Bergman, 28, Munith, Mich., rule violation, operation with false duty, Dec. 7, 2012, in Sidney; $750 fine.

Robert L. Brown, 25, Norridgewock, operating under the influence, Jan. 1, 2013, in Winslow; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension. Sale and use of drug paraphernalia, Jan. 1, 2013, in Winslow; dismissed. Possession of marijuana, up to 11/4 ounces, Jan. 1, 2013, in Winslow; $350 fine.
