Mark Evans, 32, Rome, domestic-violence assault, July 3, 2013, in Rome; six-month jail sentence, all but two days suspended, two years' probation. Smoking in a motor vehicle with a person less than 16 years of age, May 4, 2013, in Waterville; $150 fine.

Aron Fairbanks, 43, Burnham, operating while license suspended or revoked -- prior conviction, Jan. 12, 2013, in Clinton; $500 fine, two-day jail sentence. Operating while license suspended or revoked -- prior conviction, Feb. 16, 2013, in Benton; $500 fine, two-day jail sentence. Operating while license suspended or revoked -- prior conviction, April 22, 2013, in Oakland; dismissed.

Joseph S. Fishman, 20, Wallagrass, assault, March 9, 2013, in Waterville; dismissed. Minor consuming liquor, March 9, 2013, in Waterville; $200 fine.

Courtney J. Flint, Nobleboro, violating condition of release, July 5, 2013, in Vassalboro; three-day jail sentence.

Mary Fortier, 78, Winslow, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, May 11, 2013, in Waterville; $200 fine.

Sara Frankel, 33, Waterville OUI -- prior conviction, May 2, 2013, in Waterville; $700 fine, seven-day jail sentence, three-year license suspension. Operating a vehicle without a license -- conditional restriction, May 2, 2013, in Waterville; seven-day jail sentence.

Randy Frappier 41, Waterville, criminal mischief, June 4, 2013, in Waterville; $100 fine, $15 restitution.

Matthew J. Gagne, 24, Smithfield, operating while license suspended or revoked -- prior conviction; May 27, 2013, in Waterville; $500 fine.

James E. Gartrell, 71, Washington, Ga., rule violation, operation with false duty, March 5, 2013, in Oakland; $750 fine.

Matthew L. Genness, 33, failure to register a vehicle, Feb. 24, 2013, in Clinton; dismissed.

Alexis L. Lane, 19, Sidney, minor transporting liquor, transportation of drugs by a minor, both on Dec. 29, both in Winslow; both dismissed.

Coleman Brandon Langley, 26, Salem, Mass., possession of marijuana, up to 11/4 ounces, May 4, 2013, in Waterville; $350 fine.

Zachary Scott Larrabee, 28, Waterville, operating while license suspended or revoked, May 15, 2013, in Waterville; $300 fine.
