After reading the paper’s article about the homeless place in Skowhegan, I was pleased to see that Bruce O. was doing something to help the homeless. I know Rod R., as I took him home to Starks a few times when I owned River’s Edge Restaurant in Madison.
The trailer he was living in was destroyed by the dog he owned at the time. I have fed him many times against the wishes of my employees. After reading through the article, anyone can determine what Bruce is doing. Good luck in forcing Skowhegan’s hand. If he really wants to do something for Rod R., he could put him up in one of his apartments. He is willing to pay.
