Letter to the Editor
On Jan. 17, the newspaper ran an article about the Mass for Ayla, the missing girl from Waterville.
The St. Anthony mentioned in that article was a desert monk who founded monasticism in the third century.
The St. Anthony who was famous for finding lost things and persons was St. Anthony of Padua, who lived in the 13th century and whose feast day is June 13.
