Longstaff supports Maine's hard-working families

Letter to the Editor

I support Tom Longstaff, a Democrat who is running for the House District 77.

He has been a very approachable and dedicated representative and will continue to do so. He has put the interests of the people of Waterville in the forefront and continues to further the state in supporting hard-working families in central Maine. Issues that affect our children's education and our daily concerns about our access to health care and mental health needs have been supported by his votes in the Legislature.

He has thwarted any attacks on keeping those who are the most vulnerable from losing the care and support that our state can provide. I have enjoyed collaborating with him on issues in the past and know from experience that he will work for the highest good of all his constituents. Keep him working for us by sending him back to Augusta in November.
