Sara Brown reaches for some sauce as she and Joe Stone of Apollo Bistro work on plating a grilled halloumi cheese with peaches, mint, roasted red peppers and ouzo. Main Street in downtown Waterville basically became one large dining room last year as local organizations and restaurants organizations prepared food for hundreds during the Taste of Greater Waterville event. In addition to the food there was entertainment, a beer garden in the Concourse, and games for children in Castonguay Square.

There will be streetside dining, live music, beer garden (5 to 11 p.m., 21+), children’s aactivities, vendor booths and more.
