ORONO, Maine — Former University of Maine football star Montell Owens has been added to the American Football Conference roster for the NFL Pro Bowl.

Sunday's game will be Owens' second-consecutive Pro Bowl.
Owens, who scored a pair of touchdowns in last season's All-Star game, had 13 special team tackles and two forced fumbles this season for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He added 10 rushes for 39 yards and had a pair of receptions. Owens is the Jaguars' leader in special team tackles with 108 for his career.
Owens played for the Black Bears from 2002-05, and helped lead Maine to the 2002 Atlantic 10 championship.
The National Football League Pro Bowl is being played in Honolulu.
