WATERVILLE — J.P. Michaud scored 11 points and grabbed 12 rebounds as the Waterville Senior High School boys basketball team beat Camden Hills 66-56 in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B game Tuesday.

Josh Gormley added 14 points and seven assists, while Jordan Derosby had 13 points and Chris Hale 11 for Waterville (9-5).

Chandler Crans had 17 points, Jayson Kuhn 13, Connor Hart 12 and Colin Michaud 10 for Camden Hills (10-4).

Oceanside 56, Winslow 52: Hunter Grindle scored 18 points as the Mariners beat the Black Raiders in a KVAC B game in Winslow.

Matt Zable added 11 points for Oceanside, which improves to 11-3.

Nason Lanphier had 14 points, seven assists and four steals for Winslow (12-3). Trevor Lovely and Austin Ireland each chipped in with 13.

Valley 81, Richmond 48: Carrington Miller had 29 points and nine assists to lead the Cavaliers to the East/West Conference win in Bingham.

Josh West had 18 points, nine rebounds and five steals for Valley (13-2). Dylan Belanger added seven steals for the Cavs.

Sean Bernier led Richmond (6-10) with 14 points.

Bangor 69, Mt. Blue 18: The Rams hit four 3-pointers on the way to the KVAC A win in Farmington.
Devon Hoyt scored seven points for Mt. Blue.

Messalonskee 60, Brewer 58: Nick Mayo scored a game-high 23 points to lead the Eagles to a KVAC  A win over the Witches in Brewer.

Jordon Holmes scored 13 points and Bryan Erskine added 11 points for Messalonskee (8-7).

Matt Pushard led Brewer (7-8) with 15 points.

Skowhegan 60, Mt. Ararat 52: Tyler Bacon scored a game-high 24 points to give the Indians a win over the Eagles in Skowhegan.

Isaac Witham added 11 points for Skowhegan (2-13).

Shyheim Ulrickson led Mt. Ararat (5-9) with 17 points.
