FAIRFIELD — Nia Irving had 24 points and 16 rebounds as the Lawrence girls basketball team beat Messalonskee 65-44 in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game Tuesday.

Dominique Lewis added nine points and five assists, while, Brianna Soucy scored 12 points for Lawrence (9-1).

Kelsey Mayo had 13 points and Sophie Holmes 11 for Messalonskee (8-4).

NOKOMIS 41, MARANACOOK 30: Kelsie Richards scored 14 points as the Warriors beat the Black Bears in a KVAC B game in Readfield.

Taylor Shaw added 10 points for Nokomis, which remains unbeaten at 10-0.

Christine Miller led all scorers with 16 points for Maranacook (7-5).

WINSLOW 42, OCEANSIDE 32: Sarah Wildes scored 11 points off the bench as the Black Raiders beat the Mariners in Winslow.

Devin Fitzgibbons added 10 points for Winslow (8-3).

Lily Vachon and Makenna Brooks each had seven points for Oceanside (6-5).

Rangeley 54, Richmond 36: Blayke Morin had 21 points as the Lakers remained unbeaten, knocking off the Bobcats, in Richmond.

Taylor Esty added 14 points for Rangeley, which improves to 10-0.

Morgan Harrington had eight points and 10 rebounds for Richmond (4-7).

ERSKINE 49, MT. VIEW 29: Mallory Chamberlain had 16 points, nine rebounds, five steals and two assists as the Eagles beat the Mustangs in a KVAC B game in South China.

Mia Taylor added nine rebounds, while Megan Dunn had eight points for Erskine (2-8).

Jeni Nadeau had 10 points for Mt. View (3-7).

CARRABEC 46, MONMOUTH 29: Mikayla White had 16 points as the Cobras beat the Mustangs in an MVC game in Monmouth.

Mercedes Welch added 14 points for Carrabec (7-2).

Sidney Wilson had nine points for Monmouth (6-4).

MCI 45, BELFAST 30: Ashley Alton scored 19 points to lead the Huskies to the KVAC B win in Pittsfield.

Hannah Emery added nine points and eight rebounds for MCI (2-8) while Katie Hughes had nine rebounds. Ashley Littlefield led Belfast (0-9) with 12 points.

MEDOMAK 36, WATERVILLE 21: Justice Barrow scored 14 points to lead the Panthers to the KVAC B win in Waldoboro.

Hannah Marks added 10 points for Medomak (8-2) while Colleen O’Donnell and Jordan Jabar scored 10 points each for Waterville (6-4).

MADISON 52, DIRIGO 51: Alex Jarvis and Kayla Bess each scored 10 points to lead the Bulldogs over the Cougars in an MVC game in Dixfield.

Erin Whalen and Kristen Wood each added eight points for Madison (7-3).

MT. BLUE 56, BRUNSWICK 43: Addi Brinkman had 15 points as the Cougars beat the Dragons in a KVAC A game in Farmington.

MEDOMAK VALLEY 44, WATERVILLE 37: Michael Wadsworth scored all 10 of his points in the fourth quarter as the Medomak Valley scored 21 points and beat Waterville in a KVAC B game in Waldoboro.

Nick DePatsy led Medomak Valley (6-3) with 14 points. Medomak Valley forced 24 Waterville turnovers, including 18 in the second half, and outscored Waterville 17-1 from the foul line.

Justin Jabar had 18 points, six steals and nine rebounds for Waterville (5-5).

MONMOUTH 69, CARRABEC 48: Kasey Smith had 16 points as the Mustangs beat the Cobras in an MVC game on Monday in Monmouth.

Macques Houston added 15 points and Nick Tozier 10 for Monmouth (5-4).

Boog Dunphy had nine points for Carrabec (1-9).

BANGOR 43, SKOWHEGAN 32: Alex Campbell had 13 points as the Rams beat the Indians in a KVAC A game in Skowhegan.

OCEANSIDE 74, WINSLOW 69: Nick Judge scored 22 points as the Mariners beat the Black Raiders in a KVAC B game in Rockport.

Isaiah Stone-Patterson added 15 points, David Gould 13 and Nick Mazurek 11 for Oceanside (10-1).

Trevor Lovely scored 22 points, while Nason Lanpheir had 16 points and seven assists, and Justin Martin had 15 points and 14 rebounds for Winslow (8-3).
