NORTH ANSON — Trent Richardson made 16 saves in goal to lead Carrabec to a 0-0 tie against unbeaten St. Dominic in Mountain Valley Conference boys soccer action Tuesday.

Benjamin Sawyer made nine save for St. Dom’s (10-0-1).  Each team hit the crossbar, Carrabec (3-4-2) in the first half and St. Dominic in the second half.

Waterville 5, Mt. View 2: The Panthers scored four times in the second half to break a 1-1 tie and earn the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B win in Waterville.

Tommy Samson scored once in each half for Waterville (7-3-1). Kaleb Kane gave the Panthers the lead with his goal in the second half and added an insurance goal late in the game. Michael Olivera also had a second half goal and had two assists as well. Kane and Chris Lee each also had an assist, while Zach Disch made 13 saves.

Bryan Jungels scored in the first half and Kyle Doughty in the second half for Mt. View (4-5-1). Mikey Hustus had 25 saves.

Mt. Abram 8, Oak Hill 0: Keegan Rolbiecki had two goals and an assist as the Roadrunners cruised to a win in Salem.

Patrick Vanahan added a goal and an assist, while Amos Withee, Quenton Hannah and Luke Romanoski each added a goal for Mt. Abram (8-2-0). Trevor Brackley had two assists, while Cal Dixon and Gerardo Rio each had one. Tristen Dyer and Greg Siekman combined to make four saves.

Kyle Field had 22 saves for Oak Hill (0-8-1).

Messalonskee 0, Edward Little 0, 2 OT: The Eagles and Red Eddies played to a tie in Auburn.
Jonah Webb made six saves for Messalonskee (4-4-2).

Llewellyn Jensen had 10 saves for Edward Little (7-2-2).

Erskine 6, MCI 0: Matt Cleary had two goals as the Eagles improved to 9-1-0 with a KVAC B win over the Huskies in South China.

Trevor Hubbard added a goal and an assist, while Ryan Roderigue and Joe York each had a goal for Erskine. Jake Suga added two assists and Zach Isbell had one. Jared Gartley made one save.

Charles Moriarty had eight saves for MCI (1-9-0).

Girls soccer

Mt. Blue 4, Skowhegan 0: Miranda Nicely scored a pair of goals to lead the Cougars to the KVAC  A win in Skowhegan. Eryn Doiron added a goal and two assists for the Cougars while teammate Savannah Swain added a goal and Leah Hardy an assist. Andrea Quirion and Shawna Quimby combined for 10 saves for Skowhegan (0-9-0) while Thia Bridges made two for Mt. Blue (5-4-2).

Waterville 9, Mt. View 0: Pilar Elias had five goals and Sarah Shoulta had a goal and five assists as the Panthers cruised to the KVAC B win in Thorndike.

Jenn Christensen, Colleen O’Donnell and Fotini Shanos also scored for Waterville (11-0-0). Lydia Roy added three assists and Emily Dufour had one.

Tori Strain had eight saves for Mt. View (1-8-1).

Erskine 2, MCI 0: Jade Canak and Emma Wilkinson both scored second half goals as the Eagles shut out the Huskies in a KVAC B game in Pittsfield.

Canak had an assist on Wilkinson’s goal and Emma McCormac assisted Canak’s goal. Cassandra Ray had eight saves for Erskine (7-2-1).

Ryleigh Lord had 22 saves for MCI (3-7-0).

Mt. Abram 3, Telstar 2, 2OT: Katie Jordan scored off a cross from Alex Harnden in the second overtime to lead the Roadrunners to the MVC win in Salem. Risa Marble scored twice for Mt. Abram, both off assists from Emma Houston, while Maddie Prentice scored both goals for the Rebels
Tehya Johnson made eight saves in goal for Telstar (0-9-2) while Allie Lopez had one save for Mt. Abram (5-5-0).

Richmond 2, Rangeley 1, 2OT: Kelsea Anair converted a rebound with 1:17 left in double overtime to lift the Bobcats to the East/West Conference win in Rangeley. Tori Letarte gave the Lakers a 1-0 lead with a goal in the first hlaf before Amber Loon tied it with a second-half penalty kick.

Kelsie Obi made two saves for Richmond (10-1-0) while Taylor Esty made 28 for Rangeley (4-4-1).

Hampden 4, Lawrence 3, 2OT: Carrie Quigley scored on a breakaway in the second overtime period to lift the Broncos (7-1-2) to the KVAC Class A win in Fairfield. Marissa Paquette and Taylor Martin scored second half goals for the Bulldogs (4-5-1).

Field hockey

Skowhegan 6, Mt. Blue 0: Renee Wright scored three goals while Brooke Michonski added a pair to lead the unbeaten Indians to the win in Skowhegan. Allison Lancaster had a goal and three assists while Mikayla Toth and Cassidy Clement added assists. Rileigh Blanchette made 20 saves for Mt. Blue (10-3-0). Skowhegan is 12-0-0.

Erskine 6, Maranacook 0:
Audrey Jordan had three goals as the Eagles beat the Black Bears in Readfield.

Emma Robertson added a goal and an assist for Erskine (3-8-1). Michelle Lemelin and Christina Hodgkins also scored.

Maranacook falls to 3-9-0.

Mt. View 1, Belfast 0: Reanna Boulay scored with 13:20 left in regulation to lift the Mustangs over the Lions.

Allyson Clary assisted on the goal. Dinah Bilodeau made four saves to earn the shutout for Mt. View (8-4).

Madison Littlefield had 10 saves for Belfast (7-5).

MCI 1, Camden Hills 0: Haley Tibbetts scored off a pass from Elly Arsenault with 2:38 left in the first half,  as the Huskies defeated the Windjammers in Rockport.

Courtney Sprague made five saves and Katie Hughes had a defensive save for MCI (4-8-0). With the win, the Huskies moved into the ninth and final playoff spot in Eastern C, with two games remaining in the regular season.

Desi Dodd made eight saves for Camden Hills (4-7-0).
