FARMINGTON — Andrew Dickey scored a game-high 26 points to lead the No. 1 ranked University of Maine at Farmington men’s basketball to an 85-66 win over No. 8 seed New England College in the quarterfinal round of the North Atlantic Conference tournament on Tuesday night at the Dearborn Gymnasium.

Garrett Clemmer scored 16 points, while Ben Johnson added 15 points for the Beavers (21-5), who will host the semifinal round game on Friday (time yet to be determined).

Abdirahman Mohamed led the Pilgrims (3-23) with 19 points.

No. 3 Colby-Sawyer 80, No. 6 Thomas 57: The Chargers went into the locker room at halftime with a 20-point lead, and held on for an NAC tournament win over the Terriers at the Coffin Field House in New London, N.H.

Colby-Sawyer (14-12) was led by Zach Bean, who scored a game-high 24 points. Mike Dias added 22 points.

Thomas was led by Stanley Greene, who scored 22 points, while Jarrad DeVaughn added 12 points.

The Terriers end the season with a 13-12 record.

Women’s basketball

No. 5 University of Maine at Farmington 56, No. 4 Maine Maritime Academy 52: Lindsay Ranquist scored 11 points and Rachel Clement added 10 points as the Beavers defeated the Mariners in an NAC quarterfinal game at the Margaret Chase Smith Gymnasium in Castine.

Kenni Norton added nine points for Farmington (11-13).

Kari Jones scored a game-high 14 points for Maine Maritime (14-11).

No. 1 Castleton 73, No. 8 Thomas 35: Liz Douglass and Alyssa Leonard each scored 13 points to lead the Spartans over the Terriers in an NAC quarterfinal game at the Glenbrook Gym in Castleton, Vt.

Meghan O’Sullivan and Stephanie Bull each added 10 points for Castleton (25-1).

Megan Pelletier scored a game-high 17 points for Thomas, which ends the season with a 7-18 record. Jasmine Bishop and Kate Thibodeau each added five points.

Boys hockey

Brunswick 4, Skowhegan 3, OT: Tyler Sullivan scored in overtime as the Dragons beat the Indians in an Eastern A game at Sukee Arena on Monday.

Skowhegan (12-4-1) scored to send the game in overtime with 30 seconds left in the third period. Jacob Johnson scored with the Indians on a power play and with their goalie pulled for an extra skater. Trey Michonski added two third-period goals for Skowhegan.

Dwayne Palmer, Ryan Maciejewski and Cam Heatley all scored for Brunswick (9-7-1).

Also Tuesday: Skowhegan graduate Amanda Jonson scored 15 points and Lawrence graduate Kelli Murray had a team-high eight rebonds as the Husson University women’s basketball team lost to New England College 55-50 in a North Atlantic Conference quarterfinal game in Henniker, N.H.
