ROCKPORT — Dylan Hapworth had a perfect game until the sixth inning and Logan Hewes drove in five runs to lead Winslow to a 9-0 win against Camden Hills in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B baseball game Friday.

Hapworth finished with nine strikeouts and didn’t walk a batter in 5 1/3 innings while Hewes singled and doubled.

Zach Guptil added a single and double for Winslow (10-2). Camden Hills is 8-4.

Skowhegan 6, Brunswick 5, 8 innings: Chase Nelson hit an RBI single to drive in Trevor Hisler and the Indians scored twice in the eighth inning to beat the Dragons in a KVAC A game in Skowhegan.

Brunswick (3-10) took a 6-5 lead in the top of the eighth inning when Ryan Brescia drove in John Parker with the go-ahead run.

Skowhegan (7-6) answered back when Henry Ametti walked and scored on Hisler’s double.

Waterville 9, Belfast 0: A.J. Godin pitched six strong innings as the Panthers earned their 10th win of the season, beating the Lions in a KVAC B game in Waterville.

Godin allowed four hits, struck out two, walked two and hit one to improve to 5-0 for Waterville (10-3). Dan Pooler and Brian Bellows both added two singles and a double for the Panthers, while Owen Brown had two singles.

Belfast (5-7) managed five singles.

Mt. View 11, Maranacook 5: Nathan Wren and Kyle Turner hit back-to-back home runs as the Mustangs scored four times in the first inning and cruised to a KVAC B win over the Black Bears in Thorndike.

Turner went 4 for 4, scored three runs, doubled and drove in three for Mt. View (4-9). Wren had three hits, scored three times and drove in a pair of runs.

Cam Brochu tripled and Kevin Johnson doubled for Maranacook (6-6).

Mt. Abram 9, Boothbay 2: Arthur Ryan had a pair of hits, including a two-run single in the seventh-run fifth inning, to lead the Roadrunners to the Mountain Valley Conference win in Salem.

Jay Chenard struck out nine and walked three to pick up the pitching win. Cormac Miller had a pair of hits for Boothbay (1-1). Mt. Abram is 4-7.

Winthrop 4, Carrabec 3: Mario Meucci drove in the game-winning run in the top of the seventh inning with one out as the Ramblers beat the Cobras in an MVC game in North Anson.

Meucci had two singles for Winthrop (9-2). Matt Sekerak earned the win, striking out eight and walking two.

Brandon Lehay pitched a complete game for Carrabec (3-8), allowing four runs on six hits, while striking out seven and walking five.

Lawrence 15, Lewiston 2: The Bulldogs scored 14 runs over the final three innings en route to the KVAC A win in Lewiston.

Cody Martin, JT Nutting, and JJ Bushaw each had two hits for the Bulldogs while Matt Champney tripled.

Eric Soucy and Tom Hird each singled twice for Lewiston (8-5). Lawrence is 3-9.

Madison 9, Wiscasset 5: Garrett Emery had two RBIs and pitched a complete game as the Bulldogs won in Madison.

Emery allowed five runs, on five hits, while striking out one and walking seven for Madison (6-7). Chase Malloy and K.P. Carpenter each added two RBIs.

Wiscasset falls to 4-9.

Lincoln 11, MCI 2: Timmy Farrer, Travis Creamer and Chris Gove each doubled to lead the Eagles to a win over the Huskies in Newcastle.

Sawyer Pinkham collected the win on the mound for Lincoln (7-5).

MCI falls to 1-11 on the season.

Edward Little 15, Mt. Blue 6: The Eddies banged out 13 hits on their way to the KVAC Class A win in Farmington. Sean Ford led Edward Little (5-7) with a single, double and triple while teammate Nate Pushard added two doubles. Cam Abbott, Nate Kendall, Andrew Pratt and Colton Lawrence had two hits each for Mt. Blue (2-11).

Boys lacrosse

Mountain Valley 7, Mt. Blue 6: Ryan Rouillard had four goals, an assist and 10 ground balls in the Cougars loss to the Falcons in Farmington.

Sam Taylor, Connor Rouillard and Matt Smith each added a goal for Mt. Blue. Dakota Williams had seven saves.

Austin Glover had two goals and an assist, while Dakota Jacques added two goals for Mountain Valley.
